1-3 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup fresh minced spinach
1/2 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped (skins removed)
2 tablespoons of milk or cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Mash cheese with a fork. Gradually blend in milk or cream. Blend in remaining ingredients.
